U.S. crude oil inventories declined by -3568k bbl in the week ended December 04, while Cushing stocks increased by +423k bbl. Distillate inventories grew by +4998k bbl and gasoline inventories rose by +786k bbl. Please find attached data and charts detailing the latest CFTC Commitments of Traders Report for the week ended December 01. We provide all Legacy and Disaggregated trader positions for natural gas, WTI , Brent, gasoline, heating oil and gasoil. Non-commercials increased net length in gasoline, natural gas and heating oil , but decreased in Brent, gasoil and WTI during the reference week. Baker Hughes shows 737 active rigs as of December 4, 2015, lower by -7 from the previous week. Oil rigs decreased by -10 to 545 (ht: -3; vt-dir: -7) while gas-directed rigs increased by +3 to 192 (ht: +3; vt-dir: unch). Horizontal oil rigs decreased by -4 in Permian (TX) and by -3 in Bakken (ND), while increasing by +2 in Anadarko (OK). Gas-directed horizontal rigs increased by +2 in areas of Texas not associated with any established plays.

Gas-directed rigs decreased by -1 in Eagle Ford (TX), Granite Wash (TX), Marcellus ( NEPA ) and Woodford (Arkoma).
