U.S. crude oil inventories increased by +3,978k bbl in the week ended April 20, while Cushing stocks built +574k bbl. U.S. crude oil inventories decreased by -1,162k bbl in the week ending March 16, while Cushing stocks drew -176k bbl. Distillate inventories built +1,763k bbl and gasoline inventories dropped by -1,214k bbl. In spite of a rise in crude oil imports in PADD II, imports nationwide declined by -492 kb/d in the week of reference. The drop was driven by a -632 kb/d weekly fall in PADD III , which was not surprising given that heavy fog reportedly affected navigation coming into the Houston Shi.....
