OPEC and Non- OPEC supply-cut deal participants covered in our report are Angola, Iraq, Equatorial Guinea, the Republic of the Congo, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan. August NSea and WAF loadings will decline to 1.76 mb/d (-82 kb/d MoM) and 3.77 mb/d (-363 kb/d MoM), respectively. Iraqi Basrah loadings decreased slightly to 3.5 mb/d in June.
