U.S. crude oil inventories rose by +1357k bbl in the week ended August 09, while Cushing stocks decreased by -1665k bbl. Distillate inventories fell by -1673k bbl and gasoline inventories decreased by -2894k bbl. Major data points: Crude oil inventories: Rose by +1.36m bbl (vs. the API estimate of -5.20m bbl).
