Please find attached data and charts detailing the latest CFTC Commitments of Traders Report for the week ended March 14. We provide all Legacy and Disaggregated trader positions for natural gas, WTI , Brent, gasoline, heating oil and gasoil. Non-commercials increased net length in natural gas , but decreased in Brent, gasoline, gasoil, heating oil and WTI during the reference week. Non-commercials net length in natural gas rose by +35.9k to +361.1k in futures and increased by +36.2k .....

Oil rigs increased by +14 to 631 (ht: +14; vt-dir: unch), and gas-directed rigs increased by +6 to 157 (ht: +5; vt-dir: +1). Horizontal oil rigs increased by +8 in Anadarko (OK), by +4 in Bakken (ND), by +1 in Permian (TX) and by +4 in Other areas not associated with a specific play, while decreasing by -2 in Permian (NM) and by -1 in Bakken (MT). Distillate inventories decreased by -4229k bbl and gasoline inventories fell by -3055k bbl. Announced OPEC and Non- OPEC production cuts went into effect on January 1, 2017. Production cuts may not immediately result in lower loading volumes, but market participants are closely monitoring 1H 2017 loadings. OPEC and Non- OPEC participants covered in our report are Angola, Iraq, Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Equatorial Guinea.
