Please find attached data and charts detailing the latest CFTC Commitments of Traders Report for the week ended January 24. We provide all Legacy and Disaggregated trader positions for natural gas, WTI , Brent, gasoline, heating oil and gasoil. Non-commercials increased net length in natural gas and WTI , but decreased in Brent, gasoline, gasoil and heating oil during the reference week. Non-commercials net length in natural gas grew by +4.9k to +386.0k in futures and rose by +10.7k t.....

Baker Hughes shows 711 active rigs as of January 27, 2017, higher by +18 from the previous week. Oil rigs increased by +15 to 566 (ht: +17; vt-dir: -2), and gas-directed rigs increased by +3 to 145 (ht: +3; vt-dir: unch). Horizontal oil rigs increased by +7 in Permian (TX), by +4 in Permian (NM), by +3 in Eagle Ford (TX), by +2 in Anadarko (OK), by +1 in Bakken (ND) and by +1 in Bakken (MT), while decreasing by -1 in Other. Horizontal gas rigs increased by +3 in Haynesville (LA), by +2 in Woodfo.....

U.S. crude oil inventories grew by +2840k bbl in the week ended January 20, while Cushing stocks declined by -284k bbl. Distillate inventories increased by +76k bbl and gasoline inventories rose by +6796k bbl. Horizontal oil rigs increased by +3 in areas of Texas not associated with a specific play, while vertical/directional oil rigs decreased by -5. Horizontal gas rigs increased by +3 in Marcellus ( SWPA ), while vertical/directional gas rigs decreased by -3.
