U.S. crude oil inventories decreased by -12456k bbl in the week ended May 19, while Cushing stocks rose by +1762k bbl. Distillate inventories fell by -561k bbl and gasoline inventories declined by -2053k bbl. Major data points: Crude oil inventories: Decreased by -12.46m bbl (vs. the API estimate of -6.80m bbl).
