U.S. crude oil inventories fell by -3963k bbl in the week ended May 03, while Cushing stocks rose by +821k bbl. Distillate inventories decreased by -159k bbl and gasoline inventories fell by -596k bbl. We provide all Legacy and Disaggregated trader positions for natural gas, WTI , Brent, gasoline, heating oil and gasoil. Non-commercials increased net length in gasoline , but decreased in Brent, natural gas, gasoil, heating oil and WTI during the reference week. US: Baker Hughes shows 990 active rigs as of May 03, 2019, lower by -1 from the previous week. Oil rigs increased by +2 to 807 (ht: +2; vt-dir: unch), and gas-directed rigs decreased by -3 to 183 (ht: -2; vt-dir: -1). Horizontal oil rigs increased by +2 in Permian (NM) and by +10 in Other areas not associated with a specific play, while declining by -3 in Anadarko (TX), by -3 in Permian (TX), by -2 in Anadarko (OK), by -1 in Bakken (ND) and by -1 in Eagle Ford (TX).
