OPEC and Non- OPEC supply-cut deal participants covered in our report are Angola, Iraq, Equatorial Guinea, the Republic of the Congo, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan. August NSea and WAF loadings will decline to 1.76 mb/d (-82 kb/d MoM) and 3.77 mb/d (-363 kb/d MoM), respectively. Iraqi Basrah loadings decreased slightly to 3.5 mb/d in June. July Russian loadings will rise to 2.36 mb/d, up by +78 kb/d MoM, and the programs are expected to continue to grow going forward thanks to agreed .....

Oil rigs increased by +5 to 863 (ht: +6; vt-dir: -1), and gas-directed rigs were unchanged at 187 (ht: -2; vt-dir: +2). Horizontal oil rigs increased by +3 in Bakken (ND), by +3 in Permian (NM), by +1 in Anadarko (OK) and by +2 in Other areas not associated with a specific play, while declining by -3 in Permian (TX).
