OPEC and Non- OPEC supply-cut deal participants covered in our report are Angola, Iraq, Equatorial Guinea, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan. March NSea loadings will be steady at 1.87 mb/d, while March WAF loadings are expected to fall to 4 mb/d, down by -53 kb/d MoM, mainly driven by lower Nigerian programs. February Iraqi Basrah loadings will approach to an all-time high of 3.9 mb/d, while February Russian programs will keep relatively unchanged to their January levels, averaging 2.41 .....

Non-commercials increased net length in natural gas, gasoil and WTI , but decreased in Brent, gasoline and heating oil during the reference week. Non-commercials net length in natural gas grew by +27.6k to +134.2k in futures and rose by +10.2k .....

Oil rigs increased by +6 to 765 (ht: +6; vt-dir: unch), and gas-directed rigs decreased by -7 to 181 (ht: -6; vt-dir: -1). Horizontal oil rigs increased by +2 in Anadarko (TX), by +1 in Anadarko (OK), by +1 in Bakken (ND) and by +3 in Other areas not associated with a specific play, while declining by -1 in Eagle Ford (TX). Horizontal gas rigs increased by +1 in Haynesville (TX) and by +1 in Marc.....
