U.S. crude oil inventories decreased by -1855k bbl in the week ended November 17, while Cushing stocks declined by -1827k bbl. Distillate inventories grew by +269k bbl and gasoline inventories rose by +44k bbl. US: Baker Hughes shows 915 active rigs as of November 17, 2017, higher by +8 from the previous week. Oil rigs were unchanged at 738 (ht: -1; vt-dir: +1), and gas-directed rigs increased by +8 to 177 (ht: +1; vt-dir: +7). Horizontal oil rigs increased by +6 in Permian (TX), while declining by -3 in Permian (NM), by -1 in Eagle Ford (TX) and by -3 in Other areas not associated with a specific play.
