Announced OPEC and Non- OPEC production cuts were expected to go into effect on January 1, 2017. Production cuts may not immediately result in lower loading volumes, but market participants are closely monitoring 1H 2017 loadings. OPEC and Non- OPEC participants covered in our report are Angola, Iraq, Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Equatorial Guinea. March NSea and WAF loadings will fall to 1.96 mb/d and 3.73 mb/d, respectively, down by -78 kb/d and -92 kb/d from their February le.....

U.S. crude oil inventories grew by +6466k bbl in the week ended January 27, while Cushing stocks decreased by -1245k bbl. Distillate inventories rose by +1568k bbl and gasoline inventories grew by +3866k bbl. Please find attached data and charts detailing the latest CFTC Commitments of Traders Report for the week ended January 24. We provide all Legacy and Disaggregated trader positions for natural gas, WTI , Brent, gasoline, heating oil and gasoil. Non-commercials increased net length in natural gas and WTI , but decreased in Brent, gasoline, gasoil and heating oil during the reference week. Non-commercials net length in natural gas grew by +4.9k to +386.0k in futures and rose by +10.7k t.....

Baker Hughes shows 711 active rigs as of January 27, 2017, higher by +18 from the previous week. Oil rigs increased by +15 to 566 (ht: +17; vt-dir: -2), and gas-directed rigs increased by +3 to 145 (ht: +3; vt-dir: unch). Horizontal oil rigs increased by +7 in Permian (TX), by +4 in Permian (NM), by +3 in Eagle Ford (TX), by +2 in Anadarko (OK), by +1 in Bakken (ND) and by +1 in Bakken (MT), while decreasing by -1 in Other.
