Oil rigs increased by +2 to 452 (ht: unch; vt-dir: +2), and gas-directed rigs decreased by -2 to 115 (ht: -2; vt-dir: unch). Horizontal oil rigs increased by +3 in Eagle Ford (TX) and by +1 in Permian (TX), while decreasing by -1 in Permian (NM), by -1 in Bakken (ND), by -1 in Anadarko (OK) and by -1 in areas of TX not associated with a tight oil play. Oil rigs increased by +9 to 450 (ht: +7; vt-dir: +2), and gas-directed rigs increased by +3 to 117 (ht: +2; vt-dir: +1). Horizontal oil rigs increased by +5 in Permian (TX), by +3 in Anadarko (OK), by +2 in Bakken (ND) and by +1 in Eagle Ford (TX), while decreasing by -4 in Other. December NSea loadings will reach 2.12 mb/d. Due to reduced Nigerian programs, WAF December loadings should decline to 3.95 mb/d, while Angolan programs are stable. Iraqi November loadings are scheduled at 3.24 mb/d. CPC November programs are set at an all-time high of 1.15 mb/d, whereas Russian loadings will drop to 2.85 mb/d.
