U.S. crude oil inventories decreased by -7257k bbl in the week ended February 12, while Cushing stocks fell by -3028k bbl. Distillate inventories declined by -3422k bbl and gasoline inventories grew by +672k bbl. Major data points: Crude oil inventories: Decreased by -7.26m bbl (vs. the API estimate of -5.80m bbl).
