Please find attached data and charts detailing the latest CFTC Commitments of Traders Report for the week ended February 16. We provide all Legacy and Disaggregated trader positions for natural gas, WTI , Brent, gasoline, heating oil and gasoil. Non-commercials increased net length in Brent, gasoline, natural gas, gasoil and heating oil , but decreased in WTI during the reference week. Non-commercials net length in natural gas decreased by -4.7k to +15.4k in futures and grew by +2.2k .....

Baker Hughes shows 514 active rigs as of February 19, 2016, lower by -27 from the previous week. Oil rigs decreased by -26 to 413 (ht: -18; vt-dir: -8) while gas-directed rigs dropped by -1 to 101 (ht: unch; vt-dir: -1). Horizontal oil rigs decreased by -4 in Anadarko (OK) and Bakken (ND) and by -3 in Eagle Ford (TX) and Permian (TX). Gas-directed horizontal rigs increased by +2 in Granite Wash (TX) and by +1 in Granite Wash (OK).

U.S. crude oil inventories rose by +2147k bbl in the week ended February 12, while Cushing stocks grew by +36k bbl. Distillate inventories increased by +1399k bbl and gasoline inventories rose by +3036k bbl. Oil rigs decreased by -28 to 439 (ht: -23; vt-dir: -5) while gas-directed rigs dropped by -2 to 102 (ht: -2; vt-dir: unch). Horizontal oil rigs decreased by -3 in Anadarko (OK), Bakken (ND), Permian (TX) and Permian (NM). Gas-directed horizontal rigs decreased by -2 in Marcellus ( NEPA ) and by -1 in Eagle Ford (TX) and Haynesville (TX).
