US: Baker Hughes shows 533 active rigs as of December 19, 2025, lower by -8 from the previous week. Oil rigs decreased by -8 to 406 (ht: -6; vt-dir: -2), and gas-directed rigs were unchanged at 127 (ht: +1; vt-dir: -1). Horizontal oil rigs increased by +1 in Anadarko (OK), while declining by -2 in Permian (NM), by -1 in Eagle Ford.....

Dear , The EIA reported a -167 bcf withdrawal for the week ending December 11, 3 bcf smaller than our estimate of -170 bcf and 9 bcf lower than Bloomberg’s median forecast of -176 bcf. Our models are currently showing storage activity of -166, -90, -82, -154, -156 and -155 bcf over the next six weeks for a total of -803 bcf, compared to -1024 bcf for the same period last year and the five-year average of -866 bcf.
