For the week ending July 18, 2019, We are anticipating a +36 bcf injection for Thursday’s natural gas storage report as indicated by our models. E: +15; MW: +27; MTN : +5; PAC : +3; SC: -14 (S:-20, NS: +6). There are currently 7 analysts reporting on Bloomberg with an average of +40 bcf. Over the next four weeks (incl. this week) we are anticipating +36, +50, +44, +46, for a total.....

Please find attached data and charts detailing the latest CFTC Commitments of Traders Report for the week ended July 16. We provide all Legacy and Disaggregated trader positions for natural gas, WTI , Brent, gasoline, heating oil and gasoil. Non-commercials increased net length in Brent, gasoline, natural gas, gasoil, heating oil and WTI during the reference week. Non-commercials net length in natural gas grew by +6.6k to -107.3k in futures and increased by +17.7k to -78.9k in futures.....

US: Baker Hughes shows 953 active rigs as of July 19, 2019, lower by -3 from the previous week. Oil rigs decreased by -5 to 779 (ht: -3; vt-dir: -2), and gas-directed rigs increased by +2 to 174 (ht: +1; vt-dir: +1). Horizontal oil rigs increased by +5 in Permian (NM), while declining by -3 in Eagle Ford (TX), by -2 in Permian (TX) and by -3 in Other areas not associated with a specific play. Horizontal gas rigs increased by +3 in Eagle Ford (TX) and by +2 in Marcellus ( SWPA ), while declining.....
EIA NG STORAGE REPORT | July 18, 2019

The EIA reported a +62 bcf increase in inventories this week. The build was 3 bcf lower than our estimate and 7 bcf below the Bloomberg median. Regionally, our largest misses were in the South Central and Midwest, as we underestimated pulls from South Central salts while also underestimating builds in the Midwest. Coming in 2 bcf below the 5-year average, this week’s injection broke a 15 week streak of builds coming in above the 5-year average. Our early estimate for next week’s number is an.....

For the week ending July 4, 2019, We are anticipating a +65 bcf injection for Thursday’s natural gas storage report as indicated by our models. E: +17; MW: +27; MTN : +6; PAC : +6; SC: +9 (S:-6, NS: +15). There are currently 7 analysts reporting on Bloomberg with an average of +73 bcf. Over the next four weeks (incl. this week) we are anticipating +65, +34, +38, +51, for a total of +188 bcf, compared to last year’s +150 bcf and 5-yr average of +187 bcf. Total net exports averaged 5.99 bc.....
