For the week ending July 4, 2019, We are anticipating a +82 bcf injection for tomorrow’s natural gas storage report as indicated by our models. E: +23; MW: +30; MTN : +7; PAC : +8; SC: +14 (S:-1, NS: +15). There are currently 6 analysts reporting on Bloomberg with an average of +70 bcf. Over the next four weeks (incl. this week) we are anticipating +82, +71, +48, +49, for a total of +250 bcf, compared to last year’s +159 bcf and 5-yr average of +215 bcf. Total net exports averaged 5.79 b.....

We provide all Legacy and Disaggregated trader positions for natural gas, WTI , Brent, gasoline, heating oil and gasoil. Non-commercials increased net length in Brent, natural gas, gasoil, heating oil and WTI , but decreased in gasoline during the reference week. Non-commercials net length in natural gas rose by +9.9k to -123.7k in futures and increased by +6.2k to .....

Please note Canadian charts are not included in this week’s report due to the early EIA release. The EIA reported a +89 bcf increase in inventories this week. The build was +5 bcf higher than our estimate and +5 bcf higher than the Bloomberg median. Our largest misses regionally were in the East and South Central non-salts, with both reporting stronger builds than our models expected. With both our flow and scrape models’ recent track record in the South Central, today’s miss within that.....

US: Baker Hughes shows 962 active rigs as of July 03, 2019, lower by -4 from the previous week. Oil rigs decreased by -5 to 788 (ht: -1; vt-dir: -4), and gas-directed rigs increased by +1 to 174 (ht: unch; vt-dir: +1). Horizontal oil rigs increased by +2 in Permian (NM), by +1 in Anadarko (TX) and by +1 in Eagle Ford (TX), while declining by -5 in Anadarko (OK). Horizontal gas rigs increased by +2 in Woodford (Anadarko) and by +1 in Marcellus (WV), while declining by -2 in Haynesville (LA) and .....

E: +24; MW: +31; MTN : +9; PAC : +9; SC: +11 (S:-4, NS: +15). There are currently 7 analysts reporting on Bloomberg with an average of +86 bcf. Over the next four weeks (incl. this week) we are anticipating +84, +72, +60, +56, for a total of +272 bcf, compared to last year’s +204 bcf and 5-yr average of +247 bcf. Total net exports averaged 6.31 .....
