December NSea loadings will reach 2.12 mb/d. Due to reduced Nigerian programs, WAF December loadings should decline to 3.95 mb/d, while Angolan programs are stable. Iraqi November loadings are scheduled at 3.24 mb/d. CPC November programs are set at an all-time high of 1.15 mb/d, whereas Russian loadings will drop to 2.85 mb/d.
