U.S. crude oil inventories rose by +2,861k bbl in the week ended June 15, while Cushing stocks built +360k bbl. Distillate inventories increased by +1,156k bbl and gasoline inventories gained +943k bbl. Please find attached this week’s detailed statistical report. Major data points: Crude oil inventories : Built +2.86m bbl (vs. the API estimate of -0.6m bbl), driven by a gain of +1.91m bbl in PADD II. Please find attached data and charts detailing the latest CFTC Commitments of Traders Report for the week ended June 12. We focus on net length of non-commercial traders as well as net length of money managers and swap dealers as indicated in the disaggregated data for WTI , natural gas, gasoline, and heating oil. The week ended June 12 was relatively calm for non-commercial net length in in WTI . Non-commercial net length in in WTI fell by -5.9k to 202.9k in futures and was flat at 275......

Baker Hughes shows 1,967 active rigs as of June 15, 2012, down -12 from a week ago. Oil rigs went down by -9 (ht: -12, vt-dir: +3) and total gas rigs went down by -3 (ht: -3, vt-dir: unch). Horizontal oil rigs went down by -16 in Eagle Ford (TX) and -3 in Bakken (ND) and Permian (NM), while going up by +2 in Permian (TX). Vertical/directional oil rigs went down by -4 in Eagle Ford (TX), while going up by +3 in Permian (NM). Horizontal gas rigs went up by +4 in Eagle Ford (TX) and by +2 in Marc.....

STATS shows 1,846 active rigs as of June 15, 2012, down -1 rig from a week ago. Oil rigs went up by +12 (ht: +2, vt-dir: +10) and total gas rigs went down by -13 (ht: -14, vt-dir: +1). Horizontal oil rigs went up by +2 in Anadarko (OK) and Permian (TX), while going down by -3 in Eagle Ford (TX). Vertical/Directional oil rigs went up by +3 in Permian (TX) and by +2 in Eagle Ford (TX) and Permian (NM). Horizontal gas rigs went down by -5 in Woodford (Arkoma), followed by -3 in Fayetteville (AR).....

U.S. crude oil inventories decreased by -191k bbl in the week ended June 8, while Cushing stocks drew -380k bbl. Distillate inventories fell by -63k bbl and gasoline inventories declined by -1,724k bbl. Please find attached this week’s detailed statistical report. Major data points: Crude oil inventories : Drew -0.19m bbl (vs. the API estimate of +1.6m bbl), driven by declines in PADDs I, II, and III that offset a build of +1.21m bbl in PADD V. Stocks in Cushing decreased by -0.38m b.....

Please find attached data and charts detailing the latest CFTC Commitments of Traders Report for the week ended June 5. We focus on net length of non-commercial traders as well as net length of money managers and swap dealers as indicated in the disaggregated data for WTI , natural gas, gasoline, and heating oil. Non-commercials reduced net length in WTI for the fourth time in five weeks during the week ended June 5. Non-commercials cut net length by 15.7k to 208.8k in futures and by 7.2k.....

Baker Hughes shows 1,979 active rigs as of June 8, 2012, up +5 from a week ago. Oil rigs went up by +28 (ht: +12, vt-dir: +16) and total gas rigs went down by -23 (ht: -18, vt-dir: -5). Horizontal oil rigs went up by +5 in Anadarko (TX) and +3 in Permian (TX), while going down by -2 in Bakken (ND). Vertical/directional oil rigs went up by +3 in Eagle Ford (TX) and +2 in Bakken (ND). Horizontal gas rigs went down by -5 in Eagle Ford (TX) and Haynesville (LA), followed by a fall of -4 rigs in G.....
