Propane: US propane inventories fell by -3.6m bbl to 31.7m bbl for the week ended January 24, 2014, which is -14.8m bbl below the five-year average. PADD 3 inventories fell by -7.2%, or -1.4m bbl, to 18.6m bbl. PADD 2 stocks fell -14%, or -1.4m bbl, to 8.8m bbl, which is 8.3m bbl below the five-year average. In PADD 1, stocks fell by -19% or -595k bbl to stand at 2.6m bbl. Implied demand decreased -5% to 1.65 mb/d; imports fell by -49% to 118 kb/d and production was unchanged at 1.40 m.....

Distillate inventories fell by -4584k bbl and gasoline inventories decreased by -819k bbl. Please find attached data and charts detailing the latest CFTC Commitments of Traders Report for the week ended January 21. We provide all Legacy and Disaggregated trader positions for natural gas, WTI , Brent, gasoline and heating oil. Non-commercials increased net length in natural gas, heating oil, Brent and WTI , but decreased in gasoline during the reference week. Non-commercials net length in natural gas increased by +26.6k to +405.9k in futures and rose by +28.1k to +527.4k in .....

Baker Hughes shows 1,772 active rigs as of January 24, 2014, lower by -1 from the previous week. Oil rigs increased by +8 to 1,416 (ht: +9; vt-dir: -1), while gas-directed rigs decreased by -9 to 356 (ht: -12; vt-dir: +3). Horizontal oil rigs increased by +5 to 164 in the Permian (TX) and vertical/directional oil rigs decreased by -6 to 27 in the Eagle Ford (TX), while horizontal gas-directed rigs decreased by -3 to 13 in Barnett (TX).

Propane: US propane inventories fell by -3.4m bbl to 35.3m bbl for the week ended January 17, 2014, which is -14.4m bbl below the five-year average. PADD 3 inventories fell by -6%, or -1.2m bbl, to 20.1m bbl. PADD 2 stocks fell -12%, or -1.3m bbl, to 10.2m bbl, and in PADD 1, stocks decreased by -13% or -501k bbl to stand at 3.2m bbl. Implied demand increased +1% to 1.7 mb/d; imports were up +58% to 231 kb/d and production decreased -1% to 1.40 mb/d last week.

Baker Hughes shows 1,773 active rigs as of January 17, 2014, higher by +23 from the previous week. Oil rigs increased by +15 to 1,408 (ht: +4; vt-dir: +11) while gas-directed rigs increased by +8 to 365 (ht: +11; vt-dir: -3). Horizontal oil rigs increased by +8 to 159 in the Permian (TX) and fell by -3 to 172 in the Eagle Ford (TX). Gas-directed horizontal rigs increased by +4 to 20 in the Eagle Ford (TX) and decreased in Haynesville (LA) by -2 to 18.
