EIA reported a +28 bcf injection for the week ended April 27 (Bloomberg median +29 bcf, Bloomberg Whisper +28 bcf). The 24 estimates submitted to Bloomberg varied from +20 bcf to +39 bcf with a standard deviation of 4 bcf. Our model showed +29 bcf. Weather was cooler week on week (69 HDDs vs. 62 HDDs), as lower temperatures in the East outweighed warmer weather in the West and South Central regions, which however led to no change in CDDs (10 CDDs). The 25 estimates submitted to Bloomberg varied from +39 bcf to +69 bcf with a standard deviation of 8 bcf. Our pipeline scrape model showed +39 bcf. The 25 estimates submitted to Bloomberg varied from +10 bcf to +41 bcf with a standard deviation of 7 bcf. Our pipeline scrape model showed +23 bcf.
