Please find attached data and charts detailing the latest CFTC Commitments of Traders Report for the week ended June 02. We provide all Legacy and Disaggregated trader positions for natural gas, WTI , Brent, gasoline, heating oil and gasoil. Non-commercials increased net length in gasoline, heating oil and WTI , but decreased in Brent, natural gas and gasoil during the reference week. Non-commercials net length in natural gas declined by -60.6k to -38.0k in futures and fell by -60.8k .....

Baker Hughes shows 864 active rigs as of June 5, 2015, lower by -7 from the previous week. Oil rigs decreased by -4 to 642 (ht: -2; vt-dir: -2) while gas-directed rigs decreased by -3 to 222 (ht: +1; vt-dir: -4). Horizontal oil rigs increased by +6 to 134 in the Permian (TX), but fell by -5 to 78 in Eagle Ford (TX). Gas-directed horizontal rigs increased by +1 to 15 in Marcellus (WV).

EIA reported a +132 bcf injection for the week ending May 28 (Bloomberg median +121 bcf, Bloomberg whisper: +125 bcf). The 19 estimates submitted to Bloomberg varied from +115 bcf to +131 bcf with a standard deviation of 5 bcf. Our model showed +127 bcf. Nationwide natural gas-weighted heating degree days reported by NOAA decreased by -18 HDDs to 21 HDDs, while electricity-weighted cooling degree days increased by +3 CDDs to 32 CDDs. Baker Hughes shows 871 active rigs as of May 29, 2015, lower by -10 from the previous week. Oil rigs decreased by -13 to 646 (ht: -8; vt-dir: -5) while gas-directed rigs increased by +3 to 225 (ht: -1; vt-dir: +4). Horizontal oil rigs decreased by -3 to 128, while vertical oil rigs increased by +1 to 50 in Permian (TX). Gas-directed horizontal rigs decreased by -2 to 29 in Marcellus ( SWPA ).

The 17 estimates submitted to Bloomberg varied from +87 bcf to +106 bcf with a standard deviation of 5 bcf. Our model showed +103 bcf. Nationwide natural gas-weighted heating degree days reported by NOAA increased by +1 HDDs to 37 HDDs, while electricity-weighted cooling degree days increased by +1 CDDs to 29 CDDs.
