U.S. crude oil inventories rose by +1413k bbl in the week ended July 29, while Cushing stocks fell by -1123k bbl. Distillate inventories increased by +1152k bbl and gasoline inventories fell by -3262k bbl. September NSea programs are set to average 1.9 mb/d. WAF September loadings remain low (3.76 mb/d) due to continued unrest in Nigeria. August Iraqi loadings decline further to a 15-month low of 2.79 mb/d. Russian loadings are steady at 2.75 mb/d.

We provide all Legacy and Disaggregated trader positions for natural gas, WTI , Brent, gasoline, heating oil and gasoil. Non-commercials increased net length in natural gas and heating oil , but decreased in Brent, gasoline, gasoil and WTI during the reference week. Non-commercials net length in natural gas increased by +8.8k to +154.5k in futures and grew by +6.1k .....

Oil rigs increased by +3 to 374 (ht: -2; vt-dir: +5), while gas-directed rigs decreased by -2 to 86 (ht: -1; vt-dir: -1). Horizontal oil rigs decreased by -2 in Eagle Ford (TX) and by -2 in Other. Oil rigs increased by +14 to 371 (ht: +13; vt-dir: +1), while gas-directed rigs decreased by -1 to 88 (ht: unch; vt-dir: -1). Horizontal oil rigs increased by +7 in Permian (TX), by +4 in Eagle Ford (TX) and by +2 in Permian (NM), while gas-directed horizontal rigs were relatively unchanged.
