Horizontal oil rigs decreased by -4 to 79 in the Eagle Ford (TX) while the number of vertical/directional oil rigs remained unchanged at 48 in the Permian (TX). Gas-directed horizontal rigs increased by +1 to 31 in Marcellus ( SWPA ).
