The earlier version of this report did not include weekly Canadian injections past May 15, 2015. We included data through July 3. No other changes were made. EIA reported a +91 bcf injection for the week ending July 2 (Bloomberg median +86 bcf, Bloomberg whisper: +85 bcf). The 20 estimates submitted to Bloomberg varied from +79 bcf to +93 bcf with a standard deviation of 3 bcf. Our model showed +84 bcf. Nationwide natural gas-weighted heating degree days reported by NOAA increased by +3 H.....

Please find attached data and charts detailing the latest CFTC Commitments of Traders Report for the week ended June 30. We provide all Legacy and Disaggregated trader positions for natural gas, WTI , Brent, gasoline, heating oil and gasoil. Non-commercials increased net length in Brent, natural gas and heating oil , but decreased in gasoline, gasoil and WTI during the reference week. Non-commercials net length in natural gas grew by +12.8k to -23.0k in futures and increased by +5.0k .....

EIA reported a +69 bcf injection for the week ending June 25 (Bloomberg median +71 bcf, Bloomberg whisper: +71 bcf). The 18 estimates submitted to Bloomberg varied from +67 bcf to +99 bcf with a standard deviation of 7 bcf. Our model showed +67 bcf. Nationwide natural gas-weighted heating degree days reported by NOAA decreased by -1 HDDs to 2 HDDs, while electricity-weighted cooling degree days increased by +5 CDDs to 75 CDDs. Total US: +69 bcf ( LCMC : +67 bcf, Bloomberg median: +71 bcf) .....

Baker Hughes shows 860 active rigs as of July 2, 2015, higher by +4 from the previous week. Oil rigs increased by +13 to 641 (ht: +7; vt-dir: +6) while gas-directed rigs decreased by -9 to 219 (ht: -4; vt-dir: -5). Horizontal oil rigs increased by +2 in Eagle Ford (TX) and Permian (TX) and by +1 in Anadarko (OK), Anadarko (TX) and Bakken (ND). Gas-directed horizontal rigs decreased by -1 in Fayetteville (AR), Granite Wash (TX) and Marcellus (WV) and vertical/directional rigs decreased by -4 to .....

Baker Hughes shows 856 active rigs as of June 26, 2015, higher by +2 from the previous week. Oil rigs decreased by -3 to 628 (ht: -7; vt-dir: +4) while gas-directed rigs increased by +5 to 228 (ht: -1; vt-dir: +6). Horizontal oil rigs decreased by -4 to 132 in Permian (TX) and by -2 to 71 in Bakken (ND). Gas-directed horizontal rigs increased by +2 to 2 in Woodford (Arkoma) and vertical/directional rigs increased by +2 to 20 in Louisiana.

The 21 estimates submitted to Bloomberg varied from +72 bcf to +88 bcf with a standard deviation of 4 bcf. Our model showed +72 bcf. Nationwide natural gas-weighted heating degree days reported by NOAA decreased by -2 HDDs to 3 HDDs, while electricity-weighted cooling degree days increased by +17 CDDs to 70 CDDs.
