Please find the revised attached U.S. Natural Gas Trade and power sector demand data, a correction was made on page 3 in the Season to date 2016 and 2015 columns. Please find attached data and charts detailing U.S. gas imports and power demand for the week ended April 6, 2017. Attached to this e-mail is a supplementary excel file with two years of daily net import data for Canadian balances. Please find attached data and charts detailing the latest CFTC Commitments of Traders Report for the week ended April 04. We provide all Legacy and Disaggregated trader positions for natural gas, WTI , Brent, gasoline, heating oil and gasoil. Non-commercials increased net length in Brent, gasoline, natural gas, gasoil, heating oil and WTI during the reference week. Baker Hughes shows 837 active rigs as of April 7, 2017, higher by +15 from the previous week. Oil rigs increased by +10 to 672 (ht: +6; vt-dir: +4), and gas-directed rigs increased by +5 to 165 (ht: +4; vt-dir: +1). Horizontal oil rigs increased by +8 in Permian (TX) and by +3 in Permian (NM), while decreasing by -3 in Anadarko (OK), by -1 in Anadarko (TX) and by -1 in Eagle Ford (TX). The EIA reported a +2 bcf injection for the week ending March 30, exactly in line with what our flow model had anticipated on Tuesday and 6 bcf below the Bloomberg median of 8. Our regional models also performed well, with the largest difference being only 2 bcf. Regionally the largest difference was between the East and South Central regions, which can be partially explained through increases in flows through Florida Gas Transmission despite only modest GWCDDs, suggesting slightly stronger .....

The EIA reported a -43 bcf withdrawal for the week ending March 23, a slightly larger draw than the -42 bcf our flow model had anticipated and exactly in line with the Bloomberg median of -43 bcf. As for our regional breakdown, the largest difference from the EIA came in our balance between the South Central and Midwest, where we assumed a net injection in the South Central and stronger withdrawals in the Midwest.
