Please find attached data and charts detailing the latest CFTC Commitments of Traders Report for the week ended April 11. We provide all Legacy and Disaggregated trader positions for natural gas, WTI , Brent, gasoline, heating oil and gasoil. Non-commercials increased net length in Brent, natural gas, gasoil, heating oil and WTI , but decreased in gasoline during the reference week. Non-commercials net length in natural gas rose by +8.9k to +425.8k in futures and increased by +32.5k t.....

Please note our extended U.S. and Canada tables covering the injection season are included in the attachment. The EIA reported a +10 bcf injection for the week ending April 6, slightly below the +13 bcf that our flow model had anticipated on Tuesday and exactly in line with the Bloomberg median. Our regional flow model performed well in most regions save for the Midwest where it predicted a small injection as opposed to the observed withdrawal. With this week being the Yankees home open.....

Baker Hughes shows 845 active rigs as of April 13, 2017, higher by +8 from the previous week. Oil rigs increased by +11 to 683 (ht: +11; vt-dir: unch), and gas-directed rigs decreased by -3 to 162 (ht: unch; vt-dir: -3). Horizontal oil rigs increased by +7 in Permian (NM), by +3 in Anadarko (OK), by +3 in Eagle Ford (TX), by +1 in Bakken (ND) and by +1 in Monterey (CA), while decreasing by -1 in Anadarko (TX) and by -3 in Other. The EIA reported a +2 bcf injection for the week ending March 30, exactly in line with what our flow model had anticipated on Tuesday and 6 bcf below the Bloomberg median of 8. Our regional models also performed well, with the largest difference being only 2 bcf. Regionally the largest difference was between the East and South Central regions, which can be partially explained through increases in flows through Florida Gas Transmission despite only modest GWCDDs, suggesting slightly stronger .....
